Adios was started by Roy Wier. Roy also operates Vigilant Home Inspections. Vigilant has been performing radon testing, home inspections, sewer scopes, mold testing, etc. in Eastern Iowa since 2015.

The Vigilant team has earned a strong reputation in the community for quality, timely, friendly, and accurate performance. While Adios Radon is a totally separate company, we now bring that same work ethic to the radon mitigation services provided by Adios.
